The Marvel Cinematic Universe delivered top-notch fan excitement when it premiered Spider-Man: No Way Home in theaters last December. The conjunction of all the actors who portrayed Spider-Man on the big screen, coupled with all the villains we've seen, generated an excitement for Spidey fans the world over.

And now the spectacle of the Marvel multiverse comes home on Blu-ray, allowing fans to relive the adventure -- and to pore over scenes in high-definition pauses to seek out more hints and Easter eggs about the other aspects of the multiverse.

Tom Holland leads this film which brings back Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, each as their own version of Spider-Man, as their universes collide when Spider-Man comes to Dr. Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) for help and causes a spell to go awry. Now the Spider-Men, with the help of their friends MJ (Zendaya) and Ned (Jacob Batalon), must track down the multiversal villains Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina), Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe -- who took the Critical Blast Best Actor of 2021 for the role), Electro (Jamie Foxx), Sandman (Thomas Haden Church), and Lizard (Rhys Ifans), and bring them all together so that Doctor Strange can put the world right by sending them all back to their own demise. But when Peter learns the villains are all going back to the moments of their deaths, he decides on another path -- saving them -- which drives the rest of the plot.

It's a big, fun adventure filled with equal parts comedy and tragedy. It was also selected by our readers as the Best Film of 2021, so if you haven't seen it yet this is your chance to find out what everyone's talking about.

This Blu-ray / Digital release includes several bonus features that take you behind the camera and into the creation of the film. We see what it takes to choreograph a fight scene when you have the powers and abilities of Spider-Man, a chat session with all three Spider-Man actors talking about how they handled their roles (and how they dealt with getting the suit on), and several other vignettes that are all worth watching.
