From Marvel:

Four heroes. One team. They’re back.

Reed, Sue, Ben, Johnny: welcome home.

After a spacefaring foray into the unknown, Marvel’s First Family returns this August with FANTASTIC FOUR #1.

Written by Dan Slott with art by Sara Pichelli, Mr. Fantastic, the Invisible Woman, the Thing, and the Human Torch reunite this summer.

Commentary: It is about time we are getting a new Fantastic Four book!  The last time we saw these characters all together was back in 2015 just before SECRET WARS.  Reed, Sue and the kids have been rebuilding the multiverse leaving Johnny and Ben to believe they have died.  We have been getting some Human Torch and Thing team-up action in MARVEL TWO IN ONE and MOON GIRL AND DEVIL DINOSAUR, but Marvel has seemed determined to avoid having a FANTASTIC FOUR book, which is just silly to me.

The funny thing is that I don't even always read FANTASTIC FOUR, but it feels to me like there should always be a FANTASTIC FOUR comic available.  It is just that important to the whole superhero genre.  So I would be looking forward to this book, no matter what.

BUT, then you announce a creative team with Dan Slott and Sara Pichelli, and I am all in!  August can't get here soon enough!
