Yesterday, WB posted the trailer for TEEN TITANS GO TO THE MOVIES! This will be in theaters on July 27, 2018.
I loved the WONDER WOMAN gag in the trailer. The fifteen second fart joke, not so much. That is definitely thedichotomy of TEEN TITANS GO. Clever moments and dumb gross out moments often within seconds of each other. All in all, I usually really like TEEN TITANS GO....though I am not sure I could sit through a 90 minute TEEN TITANS GO movie. But it's very likely I will be taking my kids to see this.
The iconic Charles Bronson film gets a modern remake from Director Eli Roth, and on first blush it looks like the new DEATH WISH is going to be an action-packed thrill-ride audiences are going to love. Bruce Willis takes on the role of Dr. Paul Kersey, a surgeon whose finally had enough of the city's violence when it invades his own home and takes his wife from him.
Let's take a moment to enjoy the trailer, shall we?

I actually hadn't even heard of this movie until Disney had posted yesterday "Tomorrow, see the trailer for Disney's The Nutcracker and the Four Realms." I was curious, so I checked it out. Still not sure exactly what the movie is about...sort of reminds me of Disney's live action Alice in Wonderland movies. But it does have some strong cast members with Keira Knightley, Morgan Freeman, and Helen Mirren

Now that the dust has cleared from JUSTICE LEAGUE, comic book fans have their attention set on the next huge comic book movie...AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR! Well all right, BLACK PANTHER does come first, but I think everyone knows that AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR is going to be the standard-bearer for years to come. This morning, Disney posted up the first real trailer:

It's hard to believe that THE INCREDIBLES came out back in 2004. It's even harder to believe that we didn't get any sequels in all this time, unless you count the video game "INCREDIBLES: RISE OF THE UNDERMINER." I am happy that they moved the release date up to next year. And we finally got a teaser, which seems to suggest this movie takes place soon about the first one. Not much else to go on here, but the first one was brilliant, and I am looking forward to finally getting a sequel! Sure beats another CARS.
Disney/Pixar's "Incredibles 2" opens in theatres in 3D June 15th, 2018.

I want to be upfront and say that I've really never had much of an interest in the Inhumans. I do think some of the characters can be cool at times (like Karnak and Maximus), and I do like Ms Marvel and Moon Girl, though the least interesting thing about those characters is "They happen to be Inhumans." But on a whole, I mostly skip reading comics featuring the Inhumans. I even stopped watching Agents of SHIELD when it becomes "All Inhumans, All the time." They just are a pale substitute for mutants, to me. Been a huge X-Men fan since I started reading comics more than 25 years ago, and the Inhumans will just never replace them for me as a reader or watcher of superhero movies/TV shows.
Michael Fassbender (X-Men series), Rebecca Ferguson (Mission: Impossible—Rogue Nation), Charlotte Gainsbourg (Independence Day: Resurgence), Val Kilmer (Heat) and Academy Award® winner J.K. Simmons (Whiplash) star in The Snowman, a terrifying thriller from director Tomas Alfredson (Let the Right One In, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy), based on Jo Nesbø’s global bestseller.
When an elite crime squad’s lead detective (Fassbender) investigates the disappearance of a victim on the first snow of winter, he fears an elusive serial killer may be active again. With the help of a brilliant recruit (Ferguson), the cop must connect decades-old cold cases to the brutal new one if he hopes to outwit this unthinkable evil before the next snowfall.

In a film loosely inspired by true events, BIRTH OF THE DRAGON is an homage to the classic kung fu movies that Bruce Lee became known for.
This is NOT a Bruce Lee biopic. It's meant to be more of an over-dramatization of events leading up to his controversial fight with Kung Fu master Wong Jack Man. BIRTH OF THE DRAGON was produced and directed in the style of Bruce Lee's own movies.
It sounds like the movie is meant to have a very meta feel.
WWE Studios and BH Tilt is bringing BIRTH OF THE DRAGON to theaters on August 25th, 2017 with a PG-13 rating. The movie will have a runtime of 91 minutes, which will probably be as quick and powerful as Lee's one-inch punch.

With Nintendo's Switch still having record sales, it was important for Nintendo to have a strong showing at E3 to show what comes next. For the last few years, Nintendo has stopped doing normal presentations at E3, instead relying on livestreams and their "Treehouses" to get the word out.
At Tuesday's livestream, they announced that Pokemon would finally be getting a core RPG release on a console. They also showed a lot of great trailers that my kids have been playing on non-stop loops all week.

Marvel’s The Defenders follows Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Iron Fist (Finn Jones). A quartet of singular heroes with one common goal – to save New York City. This is the story of four solitary figures, burdened with their own personal challenges, who realize they just might be stronger when teamed together. The Netflix original series will launch globally on August 18, 2017.

I have been a fan of Stephen King's The Dark Tower series for over 25 years. I have read the books over and over again, and they remain very important to my life. There have been attempts to bring The Dark Tower to film for a long time now, and August 4, we finally get to see how that plays out. I know a lot of people will be critical that this movie seems far different from the books, but the series leaves a lot of room for interpretation and reimagining, so I am perfectly okay with that.
The Internet is buzzing today with the release of the trailer for perhaps the least anticipated film from the Marvel Cinematic Universe: THOR RAGNAROK.
So before we tell you about it. why don't you just watch it for yourself?
The first thing I have to ask is: Did Thor really just pull a record-scratch/freeze-frame meme to introduce his trailer? Seriously? Who knew Thor was that up on his 4chan? He may be a God of Thunder in Asgard, but he's a full-on /b/tard when he's slumming it in Midgard.
The next thing I want to know is what makes Hela so worthy to be able to pick up Mjolnir? Okay, technically she didn't "pick it up" so much as caught it in mid-flight, but still.
And finally -- "He's a friend from work?" What, The Avengers is just another day at the office for the Norse god?

Today is heating up and it seems like we have more trailers than a park in Kansas! Hit HBO series GAME OF THRONES has released a new trailer for the highly anticipated and long awaited Season 7!
Along with it came an announced release date of 7.16.17. So as the Summer months get heated up, expect the realm of the seven kingdoms to start cooling down. Winter is Coming after all.
Whether you're a fan of the books or just the tv show, the trailer shows what many of us knew was coming. A showdown of leaders from all over the realm. The trailer focuses on Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen and Cersei Lannister. It also appears to include our first look at Dragonstone's throne room.

Several days ago we tipped you off that a full trailer for Destiny 2 would arriving today. It's time to "Rally the Troops" and push the play button.
Things are about to get crazy.
Zavala and Cayde-6 are speaking to the Titans and Hunters respectively, each of them describing how the world as they know it has changed. And invasion has come. The tower has been destroyed and new legends will rise. Most importantly for gamers, according to Cayde-6: "There will be a ton of loot!"

Ever since they announced they were doing a new film version of IT, I have been real curious. I loved the old mini-series, and the book remains one of my favorite Stephen King books, just behind THE STAND and DARK TOWER. Warner Brothers posted a trailer this morning.
I love that the trailer's opening is basically where the book begins, with Georgie meeting his death at the hands of Pennywise. The trailer is suitably creepy, and I am definitely looking forward to seeing this on the big screen. Check it out below. IT will be in theaters on September 8.

Disney XD posted up a trailer for their new Duck Tales reboot!
Commentary: Okay, first the "negatives." The animation reminds me of the Mickey Mouse shorts. I like that in small doses, but not sure it would work for a full length cartoon. And Huey, Dewey, and Louie's voices already annoy me.

Yesterday, both Marvel and Square Enix had said they would be making big announcements this morning. There was a lot of speculation that the two were connected. I even heard speculation that it was about Marvel characters being heavily featured in KINGDOM HEARTS 3.
But instead, what they announced was something called "The Avengers project" from Square Enix, Crystal Dynamics, and Eidos-Montréal!

WWE announced their latest crossover cartoon with The Jetsons & WWE: Robo-Wrestlemania, available on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 on Digital HD and on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 on DVD.
From the trailer, it looks like Big Show ends up cryogenically frozen, and when he wakes up 100 years in the future, he decides to take over the world with an army of robot wrestlers at his command; another Big Show heel turn. So the Jetsons head back to 2016 to bring superstars to stop him, including Alicia Fox, Sheamus, Seth Rollins, the Usos, and Roman Reigns.

Back in November, I had posted the first teaser trailer for Cars 3, which seemed to show Lightning McQueen getting smashed up pretty good in a racing accident.
Disney-Pixar has released a new trailer, that continues the story from there:
