Are you a believer in spooks, specters and things that go bump in the night or are you just a fan of those ghost hunting shows where several brave or stupid individuals who seek attention from the after life? In case you know nothing about Phasmophobia the game for PC then you might want to check this game out that will make the hairs on the back of your neck stand.

Phasmophobia is an online multiplayer game where hunt ghost with either friends or random people from around the world and it's up to you and your team to properly investigate a haunted location, gather clues by using your ghost hunting equipment such as spirit boxes, EMF readers, thermometers, cameras and other neat gadgets at your disposal. You need to gather enough information to figure out what type of ghost you are dealing with and the more thorough you are the more money you make from that job.

The more money you make the more ghost hunting gadgets you can buy to help you in further investigations but if you die then you lose what all you brought with you and receive little to no money which will make some investigations almost impossible to solve depending on type of ghost you are dealing with, the size of the map or the difficulty of the the ghost.

The ghost ranges from from all different types and each type has in own set of quirks and challenges in how they will haunt you and the game currently has a large range of different types such as Phantoms, Banshee, jinn, Revenant, Shade, Oni, Wraith, Mare, Demon, Yurie, Poltergeist, Spirit, Yokai, Hantu, Goryo, Myling.

If you wish to see some game play then watch me and my boys go on a couple of hunts but our videos don't do the games atmosphere justice as we try to tone down the creep factor and act like idiots as we play.

This game has an amazing atmosphere and it creepy sounds and ambiance will leave you uncomfortable even if you choose to play the game as desktop or in VR and the developers are always updating the game, adding new maps and gear as well as different types of ghosts to keep you on the edge of your seat.
