Disney XD posted up a trailer for their new Duck Tales reboot!

Commentary: Okay, first the "negatives." The animation reminds me of the Mickey Mouse shorts. I like that in small doses, but not sure it would work for a full length cartoon. And Huey, Dewey, and Louie's voices already annoy me.

What I did like about this trailer is the idea that Scrooge "used" to be a big deal. This reflects the comics really well, with Scrooge wanting to show that he's still got it. And David Tennant's voice fits perfectly. You'd almost think he was actually Scottish (he is). And I love that they used the line "tougher than the tougher, and smarties than the smarties." Scrooge McDuck is my favorite Disney character, and that got a huge smile from me.

And it's got Launchpad, so I will definitely be checking it out! Can't wait!!
